INGREDIENTS

1kg Duck Breast in Strips

• 1 head of garlic (crushed)

• 2 onions (chopped)

• 2 envelopes of ready-made chicken seasoning

• ½ cup oil

• Parsley

• Paprika

• Salt to taste

• Black pepper to taste

• Oregano


Side dish

• 1 kg of medium potatoes

• 1 envelope ready-made seasoning 

• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

PREPARATION METHOD

Season the duck breasts in strips with garlic, onion, seasoning, oil, parsley, paprika, salt, oregano and pepper and set aside. Peel and slice the potatoes lengthways and season with salt, the seasoning and mayonnaise. Then arrange a strip of duck and a potato next to each other in a round, low baking dish, forming a circle, from the outside to the inside, until the entire dish is covered. Bake until golden brown.
