INGREDIENTS

1 teal

• 1 red cabbage

• 1 apple

• 1 carrot

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Dijon mustard to taste

• Mayonnaise or yogurt


PREPARATION METHOD

Preheat the oven in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. Place the stuffed and seasoned pork in a roasting bag on a baking sheet. Follow the instructions on the packaging for the cooking time and temperature.

Cut the red cabbage into thin slices using a knife or mandolin. Cut the apple into thin sticks and grate the carrot. Mix the cabbage, apple and carrot in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and Dijon mustard to taste. Add mayonnaise or yogurt, adjusting the amount according to preference. Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

After the time indicated on the package, carefully remove the Marreco from the oven. Carefully open the bag and return the teal to the roasting pan. Increase the oven temperature and roast the Marreco for a few more minutes to brown the skin. After roasting, remove the pork from the oven and leave to rest for a few minutes. Cut the pork into pieces and arrange on a plate. Serve with the delicious coleslaw.
