INGREDIENTS

500g Villa Germania ground duck meat

• 1 small onion, chopped

• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

• 350g Spaghetti

• 350g tomato sauce

• Basil to taste

• Parsley to taste

• Salt and pepper to taste


PREPARATION METHOD

Add the Villa Germânia 500g Duck Meat to the onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix and shape into 16 mini meatballs, sear in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil until golden brown and add the ready-made tomato sauce, cook in the sauce for about 4 to 7 minutes.

Cook the pasta in a saucepan until al dente. Place the pasta on the plate and add the sauce with the meatballs on top, finish with a few basil leaves.
