INGREDIENTS

500g VG grill duck breast

• Juice of half a lemon

• 1/2 teaspoon honey

• 5 sprigs of mint

• 1/2 cup olive oil

• 1 clove garlic

• Black pepper and salt to taste



PREPARATION METHOD

Season the grilled duck breast with salt and pepper. To get the meat just right, leave it on the preheated grill for 10 minutes on each side. 

For the sauce, blend the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and honey in a blender. Then add the mint leaves and adjust the salt. Blend until smooth.
