INGREDIENTS

• VILLA GERMANIA CELEBRATION STUFFED DUCK READY TO ROAST

FOR THE SALAD:

• 03 green apples with skin, diced

• 02 tablespoons lemon juice

• 01 can of heavy cream

• 01 tablespoon mayonnaise

• 01 cup chopped celery

• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

• 1/2 cup fresh grapes

• Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION METHOD

Thaw the Villa Germania Celebration Stuffed Duck in the refrigerator for 12 hours or in the microwave according to the appropriate defrosting time described on the package. Place it in a deep roasting pan with the breast side up and add half a cup of water. Roast in a preheated oven between 160°C and 180°C. When the duck is golden, remove the liquid from the roasting pan and add another half cup of water.

Baste the duck with the pan juices to brown it. It will take about 3 hours to roast. After removing from the oven, wait 10 minutes before carving the duck.


WALDORF SALAD

In a bowl, mix the apples with the lemon juice, heavy cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mix everything. Finally, add the celery, walnuts, and grapes, and serve.
