INGREDIENTS

500g VG thigh and drumstick

• 1 medium onion

• 2 apples

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 lemon

• 1 dessert spoon sugar

• 15ml white wine

• 1 large head of cabbage cut into thin slices

• ½ cup red wine

• ½ cup red vinegar

• 1 dessertspoon sugar

• 1 dessertspoon potato starch

• 1 dessertspoon butter


PREPARATION METHOD

Season the thighs and drumsticks and bake at about 140°C. Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut into cubes and place in the pan with the sugar, lemon, wine and salt to taste. Leave to cook for about 15 minutes on a low heat and, after cooking, beat with a whisk. Put the sliced cabbage in a saucepan with all the ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes. Dissolve the potato starch and pour it over the cabbage, stirring until it thickens.
