1 magret de canard VG

2 cloves of garlic

Freshly ground pepper

12 fresh figs

1 small sprig of rosemary

1 teaspoon honey


PREPARATION METHOD

Season the magret de canard with salt and pepper. Then wrap in plastic wrap and set aside for 2 hours in the fridge. Remove the magret and place it in a large frying pan. Discard the fat and add the figs, cut crosswise. Garnish the dish with a sprig of rosemary and then drizzle with honey.
