BREAST FILLET WITH ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS

2 VG Caipira Chicken Breast Fillets 

• 1 bundle of fresh green asparagus 

• 1 thickly sliced clove of garlic 

• 1 pinch dried oregano 

• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 

• 20ml white wine 

• Salt and pepper to taste 

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

PREPARATION METHOD

Cook the asparagus in a saucepan over medium heat with boiling water for about 10 minutes. Remove from the water, sprinkle with salt and set aside. Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes, season them with salt and pepper and place them in a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, along with the garlic slices. Let them grill until golden brown. Add the oregano and finally the wine. Let it cook for another 5 minutes so that the alcohol evaporates. Add the pre-cooked asparagus to heat through and turn off the heat. To finish, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
