CLEANED VG QUAILS, SEASONED TO TASTE

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Seasonings of your choice (garlic, herbs, paprika, etc.)

• Olive oil (optional)


PREPARATION METHOD

Wash the quails thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the quails with salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. If you prefer, you can marinate the quails in advance to enhance the flavor. Preheat the air fryer to 180-200°C for a few minutes. If desired, brush the quails with a little olive oil to achieve a crispier skin. Place the quails in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not too crowded to allow for proper air circulation.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning the quails halfway through to ensure even cooking. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size of the quails and the power of your air fryer. Make sure to check the internal temperature of the quails to ensure they have reached a safe temperature of 74°C. When the quails are golden brown and cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
