INGREDIENTS

500g VG Duck Feet

• 500g Rigatoni noodles

• 2 tablespoons oil

• Water for cooking

• 1 onion

• 3 crushed garlic cloves

• 2 tablespoons celery

• 1 small carrot

• 1 chayote

• Broccoli

• Cauliflower

• Salt, pepper and other spices to taste.



PREPARATION METHOD

Put the oil, garlic and onion in a pressure cooker and let them brown. Add the duck feet and let them sauté. Then add the noodles, celery, carrots, chayote, broccoli, cauliflower, spices and water. Cover and bring to the boil. Then serve.
