INGREDIENTS

1 packet of Villa Germânia duck sausage

• 355 ml beer

• 1 sprig of rosemary

• Wooden skewers


PREPARATION METHOD

Place a wooden skewer in the middle of the rolled sausage. 

Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, let it heat up and fry the sausage on one side, then on the other. Once the sausage is fried, add 355 ml of beer and the rosemary leaves. Cook until the beer reduces and thickens, like a syrup. Serve hot.
