INGREDIENTS

500g Villa Germania ground duck meat

1 medium onion, chopped

350g tomato sauce

1kg boiled parsley potatoes

Basil to taste

Parsley to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese for au gratin


PREPARATION METHOD

In a saucepan, sauté the onion, add the Villa Germania 500gr Ground Duck Meat, add the tomato sauce, cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes and set aside. In a saucepan, cook the potatoes until they are soft, squeeze until they are mashed.


Assemble

Line the bottom of an ovenproof dish with a layer of mashed potatoes, add a layer of meat and sauce on top and again a layer of mashed potatoes, top with cheese and place in the oven to brown.
