TERIYAKI CHICKEN WITH ORGANIC CHICKEN BREAST VILLA GERMÂNIA

INGREDIENTS

500g chicken breast

• 3 tablespoons soy sauce

• 1 chopped garlic clove

• 1 teaspoon grated ginger 

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch 

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 2 tablespoons oil

• Half a tablespoon of rice vinegar

• Half a cup of pineapple juice 

• Chopped green onion to taste

• Salt and pepper to taste


PREPARATION METHOD

In a bowl, season the diced chicken with garlic, pepper, salt and ginger. Put the oil in a hot frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Then add the soy sauce, water, vinegar and pineapple juice, mix and bring to the boil. Dissolve the starch in 1 tablespoon of water and add to the pan, stirring until the sauce is thick. Add the honey and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked through. Add green onions and simmer until the sauce has a thicker consistency. Serve afterwards.
