Half a VG easy roast duck

• Calabrian potatoes


PREPARATION METHOD

There are a few preparation options on the packaging, so follow the times and temperatures indicated. The duck comes in a bag to place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 1 hour.

While the duck is roasting, cook the Calabrian potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Then drain and season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Once the time has elapsed, carefully open the package, remove the duck, put the potatoes in with it and return to the oven at 200°C for another 10 to 20 minutes.
