INGREDIENTS

500g Villa Germania ground duck meat

• 1 small onion, chopped

• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

• Parsley to taste

salt and pepper to taste

• 3 hamburger buns

• 6 slices of prato cheese


Caramelized onions

• 2 medium onions, chopped or sliced

• 200 grams of sugar

• 50 grams of butter


PREPARATION METHOD

Add the Villa Germânia 500g Ground Duck Meat to the onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix and divide into 3 equal parts, shape into burgers, grill in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil or on the barbecue until golden on both sides, approximately 7 to 8 minutes.

When golden brown, add the cheese to melt before removing from the heat. For the caramelized onions, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onions and the sugar and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
