• 1/2 VG FREE-RANGE CHICKEN

• 1 packet of onion soup mix

• 1 beer

• Sprigs of thyme


PREPARATION METHOD

Cut the free-range chicken into pieces at the joints. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and add the onion soup mix, ensuring that the chicken pieces are coated with the mix. Position the chicken pieces in the pan with the skin side up.

Pour the beer over the chicken, cover the pan with aluminum foil, and bake at medium heat for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, add the thyme sprigs, and return the chicken to the oven to brown.
