INGREDIENTS

1kg Villa Germania duck fillet

• 1 crushed head of garlic

• 2 chopped onions

• 2 envelopes of ready-made chicken seasoning

• 1/2 cup oil

• Parsley

• Paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Oregano

• 1 kg of medium potatoes

• 1 envelope of ready-made seasoning

• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise


PREPARATION METHOD

Season the fillet with garlic, onion, seasoning, oil, parsley, paprika, salt, oregano and pepper. Set aside.

Peel and slice the potatoes lengthways and season with salt, seasoning and mayonnaise. Arrange a sassami fillet and a potato next to each other in a round, low baking dish, forming a circle, from the outside to the inside, until the dish is complete. Bake until golden brown to your liking.
