DUCK SAUSAGE WITH POTATOES AND BELL PEPPER

INGREDIENTS

1 packet VG duck sausage

• 1 yellow bell bell pepper (chopped into squares)

• 1 red bell bell pepper (chopped into squares)

• 700g red potatoes

• 3 tablespoons of olive oil

• Salt, pepper, garlic powder


PREPARATION METHOD

Cut all the ingredients into similar sizes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes to the pan, seasoning to taste. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Leave to cook for 20 minutes, stirring and mixing regularly. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside in a baking dish. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the frying pan over a medium heat and sauté the duck sausage until browned. Add the peppers and season to taste. Cook, stirring regularly, until the duck sausage is fully cooked and the peppers are soft.
