DUCK RICE IN TUCUPI

INGREDIENTS

• 300 grams of cooked arborio rice

• 2 small bundles of boiled jambu

• Chives

• Coriander

• One small onion, chopped

• 3 crushed garlic cloves

• 1 bunch chicory

• 1/2 liter of boiled tucupi


PREPARATION METHOD

After shredding, you need to sauté the meat in a frying pan, initially adding olive oil, onion and garlic. When golden, add the duck. Then gradually add the tucupi, which should be boiling. Add the tucupi in portions throughout the cooking process.

After sautéing the duck, add the cooked rice, stir and then add the jambu, spring onions, coriander and chicory. Salt to taste. Leave to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and you're done.
