INGREDIENTS

500g diced VG duck breast 

• 01 can peeled tomatoes 

• 01 red onion

• Garlic to taste 

• Horseradish to taste 

• Salt to taste 

• Grated mozzarella cheese 

• Pizza dough

PREPARATION METHOD

Season the duck breast cubes with salt and fry them in a non-stick frying pan until the meat is just tender. Set aside. In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic. Finally, add the peeled tomatoes to the pan, adding water so that the consistency is that of a sauce, and cook until the sauce reduces.

ASSEMBLY

Distribute the sauce on top of the pizza dough, add a layer of 150g of grated mozzarella cheese, place the duck cubes, add the green smell and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
