INGREDIENTS

• 200 grams of roast duck shredded in tucupi

• 250 grams of wheat flour

• 125 grams of butter 

• 1 egg

• 1 nutmeg

• half a bunch of jambu

• 50 grams of grated cuia cheese


PREPARATION METHOD

In a bowl, add the wheat, butter, egg yolk and a little grated nutmeg. Mix everything together until it becomes a floury mixture.

To assemble the pie, cover the molds with the dough. There's no need to grease them. Put in the duck filling, which is seasoned with chicory, garlic and green smell. Add tucupi leaves, cuia cheese, cover the filling and bake.
