DUCK IN COCONUT MILK

INGREDIENTS

1 duck 

• 1 onion

• 1 tomato

• 2 chili peppers

• 1/2 bell bell pepper

• 2 garlic cloves

• 2 tablespoons of vinegar

• Dye

• Black pepper

• 1 dessert spoon salt

• Chives

• Coriander

• 1 glass of coconut milk


PREPARATION METHOD

Pour two tablespoons of vinegar into the pressure cooker and add the garlic cloves crushed with salt, the onion, tomatoes, peppers, chili peppers, coriander and spring onions. 

Then add the black pepper and food coloring. Sauté over medium heat, add the duck, stir well to mix it with the seasoning, then add water halfway up the pan and bring to the boil.

After ten minutes, turn off the heat and remove the pressure. Then add the coconut milk and cook for another five minutes.
