INGREDIENTS

750g VG Duck Wings

• 1 liter of duck broth

• 2 garlic cloves

• 150g of wheat flour

• 3 beaten eggs

• 150g of breadcrumbs

• Oil for frying

• Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION METHOD

Clean the duck wings. In a tall pot, cook the wings in the duck broth with the garlic cloves for about 1.5 hours. Remove them from the broth and let them cool for a few minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Dredge each wing in the wheat flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, in that order. Fry them in hot oil until crispy. Serve hot with sauce. Our suggestion is to eat them with ketchup.
